Before the Foot Clan’s leader Karai went mysteriously into seclusion, she ordered her Foot soldiers Natsu, Koya, and Bludgeon to let Manhattan’s new District Attorney Hieronymus Hale do whatever he needed to do to take the Ninja Turtles off the board.
